Collaboration & Design

OVERVIEW

A personal strength is my confidence to step into an unfamiliar assignment, learn it with tireless dedication, and refine the skill until meeting high quality standards. This section outlines a various assignments that were not in my original skillset but became a comfortable undertaking, and in some cases preferred work.

Custom Blanket Designs
One of my favorite skills I developed in this role was designing for both inline and custom projects. I learned about the weaving process, the differences between jacquard and dobby looms, the capabilities and limitations of jacquard weaving, and the unique challenges of working with wool versus cotton. The process is both fun and rewarding, from concept to final product. I completed dozens of designs from start to finish, but the slideshow below features a few of my favorites—projects that challenged me and pushed my personal growth the most.

Collaborations and Partnerships

I collaborated with a variety of brands on partnering products across diverse initiatives, tailoring my approach to each partnership’s needs. In some cases, my role focused on providing guidance for co-labeling or approving collaborative marketing materials. In others, I took a more hands-on role, coordinating photoshoots, developing content from concept to completion, orchestrating cross-brand giveaways, or even assisting in the product development process. This comprehensive involvement ensured that the final marketing efforts authentically represented both brands and resonated with our shared audiences.

Co-Labels
An affordable option for wholesale customers to customize their orders was adding a co-label to our inline items. Often, customers would provide non-vectorized files, which led me to become skilled at vectorizing logos and adapting them for two-color designs.
